Jupiter Island

Jupiter Island is a very special place where many of the homes have names, and notable owners, hidden behind tall hedges to visitors.  The population is estimated around 817 at the census.  Some of the wealthiest people in the United States live in Jupiter Island: Worth magazine ranked it #1 in the country for having the highest median home sale, and it has the highest per capita income of any inhabited place in the country.  The town has a total land area of 2.6 square miles.  The island begins just past the Jupiter Inlet with it’s beautiful lighthouse and extends north 15 miles to the St. Lucie Inlet.  The island has one main road, Beach Road, which begins at Jupiter Inlet Colony on the south end and extends 10 miles north to the town of Jupiter Island.  If peace, tranquility, beauty, and privacy are the attributes you are looking for in your next home, this is the paradise you should call home.
